    This committee is responsible for all development in the downtown area (click here to view maps) including land use amendments, zoning, site reviews, rezoning and historic preservation.   • City of Jacksonville Planning and Development Department (all areas of the City outside of the Downtown boundary)

  • City of Jacksonville Building Inspection Division

  • City of Jacksonville Business Tax (formerly known as an Occupational License)
