Community Partnership Grants Program
Jacksonville Veterans Resource & Reintegration CenterThe Jacksonville Military Veterans Community Partnership Grants program will provide financial assistance to organizations offering services for Veterans and active duty military members who are in the process of transitioning to civilian life in Jacksonville, Florida.

Although the scope of financial assistance to selected Veterans service providers might change over time; initially, Veteran services focused on highest needs of the Veterans community and designated a 501(c) 3 will be given the highest consideration for funding through the partnership grants. On-going operational costs and salaries will be ineligible for funding.

The grants will primarily focus on services that support the transition to civilian life, provide emergency financial assistance, support local career assistance, provide military spouse/family support, and encourage wrap-around social services support.

Deadlines

If you are applying for a new grant you must first fill out a Letter of Inquiry form on-line at the Jaguars Foundation Web site. You will be asked to create an account and log-in for your organization.

  • On-line inquiries can be made beginning on December 15, 2015. For the initial grant cycle, the inquiry period will close on February 1, 2016. [Online inquiries must include confirmation of Veterans Mapping Project participation]
  • Nonprofit organizations invited to submit full applications will be notified by March 1, 2016 and must do so by April 1, 2016. [Renewal requests must submit a progress report with new application]
  • Grant awards will be announced on or about June 15, 2016.

Note: Subsequent grant cycles will be determined by the Jacksonville Military Veterans Community Partnership Grants Committee and announced via website.
