As part of the cleanup program, the City of Jacksonville has issued four technical advisor grants to non-profit community groups, one for each Project New Ground area. The role of the technical advisor is to ensure the cleanup activity is reviewed by a qualified third party. The TAG groups are the Northwest Jacksonville CDC (NJCDC), Wealth Watchers Inc., Helpful Citizens Inc., and North Riverside CDC (NRCDC). Additionally, four technical advisors have been identified for each group.
