Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) (Stimulus)
In accordance with Title XII of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) is a formula grant made available to state and local governments participating in the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Program.

2008-2009 Homeless Prevention Fund Substantial Amendment
The draft Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan 2008 Action Plan for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program identifies specifically how the city will use grant funds.
