Homeowners

The Housing Services Division oversees and offers several programs to assist homeowners with a variety of problems that may occur during the course of occupancy. All programs are intended to target primary residences of low-income homeowners - not rental or second properties.

The Utility Tap-In Program assists with septic tank phase-outs and septic tank emergencies for those who still use a tank.

The Limited Repair Program is a general home repair program which focuses on bringing homes up to code. Due to high demand, there is a waiting list, which is currently closed. When the waiting list reopens, names will be placed on the list and serviced on a first-come, first-serve basis.
