Rental Housing Program

The Rental Housing Program provides gap financing to for-profit and non-profit developers to support new or rehabilitated affordable rental housing units for low- to moderate-income families. Funds are to be used as leverage and in combination with other public and private monies. Eligible activities include acquisition, construction and/or rehabilitation of rental housing projects to increase the supply of affordable rental units in Duval County. All assisted units will be monitored annually for tenant eligibility and unit affordability for a minimum period of 15 years. Special consideration will be given to projects located in targeted neighborhoods.

This program is not accepting applications at this time. Please continue to check this site for any updates.
