These organizations provide persons living with HIV/AIDS who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless with short-term rent, mortgage and utility assistance.
River Region Human Services : (904) 899-6300
River Region provides residential treatment services to homeless, substance abusing people with HIV/AIDS. In addition, they will provide transitional housing for people with a history of substance abuse and mental illness at the Adult Living Facility and permanent supportive housing for homeless people with HIV/AIDS through Andy's Place.

Lutheran Social Services provides a mechanism for HIV+ people seeking housing to match up with people seeking one or more housemates. In addition, they provide accessible emergency housing for women (and their children) infected with HIV/AIDS and assist them with developing independent living skills.

Gateway provides one bed for medical detoxification and one bed for residential treatment services for people living with HIV/AIDS and in need of substance abuse services.
I.M. Sulzbacher Center : (904) 394-1356
The I.M. Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless provides rent and utility assistance to homeless HIV/AIDS infected persons who have been incarcerated and assigns a supportive living coach to each participant to assist them in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through the Scattered Emergency Apartment (SEA) program.
