Toolkit for Starting a Neighborhood Organization


The Toolkit for starting a neighborhood organization was designed to help neighbors foster a spirit of community and create an association to represent their area.

It includes basic steps to begin and maintain a neighborhood organization. In addition, personalized assistance may be obtained from the neighborhood coordinators in the Neighborhoods Department, in the Housing and Community Development Division, Neighborhood Initiatives Team, at 255-8200.
