JaxParks' after school program emphasizes wellness and healthy lifetstyles for kids and teens.

Ages 6 to 17 participate in sports, fitness, gardening, dance and more. Homework assistance and interactive educational activities are also provided. 

Parents, check out this fun message. It's promoting the Tri-Jax Challenge, a twice-annual traithlon hosted by JaxParks and Episcopal Amberjax for both youth and adults. More info is online at www.trijaxchallenge.com.
Nickelodeon's Worldwide Day of Play comes to JaxParks the last Saturday in September. This year look for activities at E.B. Ford Park and check out this video for a view of last year's fun.
