  • NOTE: Facility is part of the Cecil Recreation Complex which also includes a community center, aquatic center, softball quadraplex,  and walking, biking and equestrian trails. 
Cuba Hunter Gymnasium and Community Center*

  • Capacity: 125
  • Amenities: Large multi-purpose room, outdoor patio, restrooms, microwave and refrigerator and connecting basketball gymnasium with upstairs indoor running track that is ADA accessible.
  • Programs: Summer Camp, M3Zone after school
  • NOTE: Cuba Hunter gym is also home to Brooks Rehabilitation adaptive sports programs. The park offers a skateboard facility, nature trail and multipurpose field.
Emmett Reed Gymnasium and Recreation Center**

  • NOTE: This 35,000-square-foot facility also serves as a shelter during emergency situations.

Rental Information

Some JaxParks centers are available for rentals during select weekend hours. Consider us when looking for a place to have your next family reunion, birthday party or other group event. Rental agreements are managed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservation Fees (Three-hour minimum required at all facilities)

Standard and smaller-sized facilities rent for $125 for three hours, plus $25 for each additional hours. This covers the cost of one JaxParks staff member and clean-up. Sites identified with *.

Larger facilities rent for $250 for three hours, plus $50 for each additional hours. Two staff members are required to work these events. Sites identified with **.
