About Maxville Park

The Property is located off of Normandy Blvd. and Pine Street. The large land tract of 288 acres was historically used as a logging site before the City acquired the land in 2002 through Councilmember Warren Alvarez. It is a beautiful site with many wetland areas, which limits the use of the Park. In 2007, the entire site went under an undergoing the Master Plan Process to include overflow parking to the existing ball fields located off of Normandy Blvd., possible R/C car racing and Long liners site.
