About Monticello Wildlands

Originally six properties, acquired in 2002-06, the Monticello Wildlands is a true Preservation Partnership project. The City of Jacksonville, the State of Florida and the Division of Forestry all partnered on the acquisition and ownership of these properties. The City currently holds title to an outparcel of the Monticello Drug property, the International Paper property, and the Monticello A property. Additional features:
