Instructions to save .pdf

Right click on link to document, select 'Save As' from the drop-down menu. Select local directory as appropriate. Use drop down arrow to slect the drive where you want to save the document. Ex: C:\zoning confirmation letter.pdf.

Once the document has been saved as a .pdf document it can be retrieved and edited with Adobe 9.0 reader. The document can be saved with a different name and in a different folder each time it is used then the original document will remain intact.
