City of Jacksonville 2030 Comprehensive Plan

Florida's Growth Management Act requires all of Florida's counties and municipalities to adopt Local Government Comprehensive Plans that guide future growth and development. The City of Jacksonville 2030 Comprehensive Plan contains chapters or 'elements' that address Future Land Use, Housing, Transportation, Infrastructure, Conservation Coastal Management, Recreation and Open Space, Intergovernmental Coordination, Public School Facilities, Historic Preservation and Capital Improvements.
