Corridor Studies

A corridor study researches the existing uses, development trends, issues and assets affecting a corridor. Then, combining that information with concepts in land use planning, infill development, landscaping and urban design, planners suggest concrete strategies to revitalize the roadway and attract infill development and new businesses in the area. A corridor study is a guide for existing and future development.
