Concurrency and Mobility Management System Office: reviews and helps to mitigate development's impact on public facilities and assists developers and engineers through the state mandated concurrency process

Review Group (fka DMG): processes site development (10-set) plan reviews, plat reviews, subdivision/roadway inspections and acceptances, right of way permits, and assists customers through floodplain management processes
