Troy Scherbinski, Building Manager
Troy filled a new position created in December, 2002 after One West Adams St. and the parking garage were fully leased. He is invaluable in the upkeep of both buildings. Troy is a licensed plumber and has worked in a variety of other occupations prior to coming to the Fund. As of August, 2011, he is the Police and Fire Pension Fund Building Manager.
