October 9, 2012 - PFPF Senior Retired Police Officer Cecil Beasley passes away
Retired Police Sergeant Cecil Beasley passed away just shy of his 97th birthday on October 9, 2012.
He served with the Jacksonville Sheriff's office from 1942 until his retirement in 1967 with 25 years of service. While with JSO he served as a Patrol Officer, an Evidence Technician, and as a Detective Sergeant.
In November, 2011, he was awarded the title of Police and Fire Pension Fund Senior Retired Police Officer. May he rest in peace.
