Paving and Drainage Design

The Paving and Drainage Design Section oversees the development and design of Jacksonville Stormwater Utility drainage improvement projects, accessways, miscellaneous roadway projects, curb and gutter petition projects, special assessment dredge projects, town centers and archives for city projects.

Staff also coordinates design services with JEA and provides inspection and enforcement for the city's National Pollution Discharge Elimination Services (NPDES) program and for drainage complaints.
