Metropolitan Jacksonville Area HIV Health Services

The First Coast Community AIDS Prevention Partnership represents Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns Counties in the process of community planning for HIV/AIDS prevention. Community planning is mandated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The purpose of FCCAPP is to plan and develop a Comprehensive HIV Prevention Plan for Area 4. The FCCAPP is composed of Community Representatives, Health Department Representatives, and HIV Prevention Services Representatives from Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns Counties.

The FCCAPP and committees meet the first Tuesday of the month from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Duval County Health Department, Smith Auditorium located at 515 W. 6th Street, Jacksonville, Fl. 32206
