Metropolitan Jacksonville Area HIV Health Services

The Planning Council offers several ways for you to express your point of view and get involved in the planning for HIV/AIDS care. You can:

- Attend monthly Planning Council meetings, which are open to the public.

- Send us your comments by entering them on the form provided and e-mailing them to us. (This form is not yet active. Thank you for your patience as we work to serve you.)

- Apply for membership on the Planning Council by completing the questionnaire. If you become a member of the Council you would be able to vote on Planning Council decisions.
