07/22/11 Today was a good we thought the rain was gone stop our show. 251 people attend the SNL event. 7-9 we talked about dairy this Friday. How to choose cheeses with less fat, if you can't drink milk, try lactose free milk, drink smaller amounts of milk or try soy milk. Take care of yourself and your family. Our nutrition involved, banana putting, fruits and yogurt blended to make a parfait, mixed vegetables, 2% and soy milk. The kids really enjoy the indoor activities such as the Wii (they love), bumper an regular pool tables, fuzz ball table, board games, also arts & crafts. We also provide outside games such as the swimming, basketball, football, baseball, and last but not least kickball.
7/23/11 SNL night at Charles Clark was movie night. 100 black men did their thang on the grill. We had our flash mob at 9:30 which some children an parents joined us with the Michael Jackson dance we created from his song rock with you. Inside & outside games for any an everyone. Tonight was the perfect night words can't even explain how much fun we had with plus the support from everyone.

Rain rain go away about 7:15 the weather changed. 7:20 the nutrition lady (Ms Janeen) started doing her thang. Which she served ants on a log for the mini meal it contain celery, peanut butter, and raisins. Today our plate AA fruits, pizza rolls, banana rolls, salad, yogurt everything to make good nutrition. 93.3 the beat came out and showed love plus gave away prizes. The jacksonville public library came out and had many crossword puzzles and games the children enjoyed. The children loved arts & crafts, face paintings. Tonight we made pine tree planter pots which got to paint their own pots an grow some seeds, with potting soil ans seeds. Many inside the Wii, board games, table games. Outside games a dance contest at the pool, basketball, football. Goodnight Team CC
7/30/11 we started our swray a lil early tonight at 6:30 we was filled with 221 people. Jacksonville public library an RN came out and talked about cancer. Pool party the families had lots of fun. Today we had a mini car show the female an males with the most popular, pretty cars came out. Freer food, drinks, an many games an music. Our night ended with 467 people. Once again we had a blast tonight can't wait until next weekend. -Shannon
8/5/11 Nutrition was awesome tonight. Different kinds of fruits, taco salad, chips with salsa dip. 438 people came out again this friday to have fun and cool in the pool with the sun. Inside hawked also, outside games. Goodnight ! Team CC.
8/6/11 As time is winding down for SNL tonight was perfect. The entire sherwood community came out families plus their friends. Free food such as burgers, hotdogs, crabs, beverages we as the SNL staff gave away SNL water bottles. Pool party dance contest, DJ's the stage some came went an song other did their dance moves. Ended out night with 1,813 people. Tonight was perfect. Team CC
Friday, August 12 Awesome nutrition like every Friday. Cake and ice-cream, chicken, fruit, two different kinds of cheese, and finger sandwiches. As time whines down more and more people came out and celebrate SNL program. Arts& Crafts pencil puppets the kids made for a back to school souvenir. Many, many games inside and out. Good night. Saturday, August 13 Last but not Least!!!! The rain kind of stop some from coming out tonight. The kids loved making ice cream soda magnets for arts& crafts. Jacksonville's 100 Black Men grilled tonight. We also gave away SNL Frisbees and Water bottles. Inside and outside games music and fun can't forget about. SNL last night was a blast.
