Scheduled Closures


Friday, January 24, 2015 - Friday, January 30, 2015

Per the Florida Department of Transportation: 

"Complete bridge closure Monday and Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Wednesday from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. and Friday (January 30) from 9 p.m. to Sunday (February 1) at 6 a.m. Traffic is detoured to the Acosta Bridge. 

                                                               
Daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Bay Street to the south end of the bridge for replacement of the west sidewalk.
 
The east sidewalk will close at Riverplace Boulevard to the south end of the bridge tonight from 9 p.m. to Saturday at 6 a.m. and Saturday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 6 a.m. Pedestrians should cross Main Street to use the entrance at Museum Circle. The sidewalk is closed at the Main Street off-ramp, so pedestrians should use Newnan Street to Bay Street to Main Street.
 
The west sidewalk is closed at Riverplace Boulevard to the south end of the bridge. Pedestrians should cross Main Street to use the entrance at Museum Circle. The sidewalk is closed at the Main Street on-ramp, so pedestrians should use Laura Street to Bay Street to Newnan Street then back to Main Street.
 
Daytime southbound on-ramp closures from Independent Drive from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for west sidewalk replacement. Detour is Independent Drive to Ocean Street, Bay Street and back to Main Street."
