The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is committed to full compliance with Florida Statute 119, governing the release of records that are deemed public.

Please note, pursuant to FS. 119, that certain fees may apply. Click here for a copy of the fee schedule for public records requests and locations you may go to submit a records request.

All requestors will receive a good faith estimate for the cost of research/duplication/redaction of protected information of the public record. Requestor must approve this estimate before fulfillment of the records request can take place. Payment can be made upon pick up of the record.**

* Members of the media are asked to contact the Public Information Office with public records requests by calling 904-630-2133.

**Those organizations frequently requesting public records, such as law firms and insurance companies, that meet the requirements of the City may set up an accounts receivable by calling 630-2209.
