Response to Resistance Review Board Hearings
(June 2011) - As a result of a ruling from Florida’s First District Court of Appeal in November 2010, the Response to Resistance Board Meetings of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office can no longer be publicly noticed nor can the public attend the meetings. This decision is currently being appealed by JSO counsel to the Florida Supreme Court.
In the interest of keeping the public informed, we will continue to publish all final findings of the RTR Board, via this website, after being signed off on by the Sheriff or his designee.
