JTB Kidnapping Suspects Arrested

JACKSONVILLE, FL (February 17, 2012) – On Thursday, February 16, 2012 homicide detectives responded to 13600 J. Turner Butler Boulevard in reference to a kidnapping.

The victim, Joseph Leonard Langman, 37, was taken against his will from a vehicle stopped in traffic on JTB by suspect Daniel Lloyd McAllister, 39. He was forced into another vehicle driven by Johnny Lee Parham, 41. The abduction was over a narcotics transaction that had occurred earlier, at a local pharmacy. 

McAllister was charged with Kidnapping, Possession of Illegal Prescription Drugs and Criminal Mischief.
 
Parham was charged with Kidnapping.
 
Victim Langman was arrested on an outstanding capias for Prescription Fraud.
