Regency Square Mall Shooting Suspect Arrested

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (February 13, 2012) - Keith Anthony Brown, 18 years old, has been arrested for the shooting that occurred inside Regency Square Mall located at 9501 Arlington Expressway on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 12:50 p.m.

Suspect Brown is being charged with two counts of Attempted Murder and Possession of a Firearm by a Delinquent Felon. The suspect shot an innocent victim who was working at the mall in the back.

The intended target of the shooting was identified by police and helped police identify the suspect.
 
The suspect has prior felony arrests as a juvenile which include Possession of a Firearm on School Property, Carrying a Concealed Firearm (two times), Armed Trespass and Burglary.
