On Monday, April 17, 2017 at approximately 11:15 a.m. the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported sexual battery in the 10900 block of Beach Boulevard.  The investigation has revealed that an unknown suspect forced his way into the victim’s residence.  Upon making entry, the armed suspect sexually battered the victim.  Following the sexual battery, the suspect left the residence in an unknown direction.  Investigators believe the suspect arrived in and departed the area in a vehicle.  Witnesses observed a suspicious vehicle in the area prior to the incident occurring.  The vehicle was described as an older model light colored (silver or light grey) 2-door truck with a tool box in the back.  The truck was also described as having Texas plates on the front and rear.  It is possible the pictured truck is tied to the suspect involved in the crime.
