Professional Standards

The Professional Standards Division is under the command of Chief Annie Smith. The Professional Standards Division is comprised of six units and a section: Accreditation, led by Michelle Price; Continuous Improvement (CIU), led by Renea Chandler; Crime Analysis and Research & Development and  Information Systems Management, led by Joe Ryan; Internal Affairs, led by Lieutenant Stephen Gallaher;  Staff Inspections, led by Sergeant Ty Dickinson; and Training Academy/Recruiting under the command of Lieutenant Joe Cowan.
