Professional Standards

The Professional Standards Division is under the command of Chief Darryl Daniels. The Professional Standards Division is comprised of six units and a section: Accreditation, led by Michelle Price; Continuous Improvement (CIU), led by Renea Chandler; Crime Analysis and Research & Development, led by Joe Ryan;  Information Systems Management, led by Gary Andrews; Internal Affairs, led by Lieutenant Stephen Gallaher;  Staff Inspections, led by Sergeant William Wilkerson; and Training Academy/Recruiting under the command of Lieutenant Joe Cowan.
