Important Notices

The Florida Legislature recently approved a bill to lower the cost of motor vehicle registrations by up to $25 per year. This legislative change is scheduled to take effect September 1, 2014. Until that time, the Duval County Tax Collector recommends renewing your motor vehicle registration for one year rather than two years. There is no cost advantage with two-year registration renewals. Once the new law takes effect, refunds will not be given for current registrations.

To be a leader in our community and the state for providing an unparalleled commitment to our customers and our employees.
