Office of the Director
This office is responsible for the comprehensive management of the Central Operations Department. In addition to providing general oversight for Administrative Services, Equal Business Opportunities and Contract Compliance, Fleet Management, Human Resources and Procurement divisions, the 47 employees of the Office of the Director provide the Call Center’s external customer service operation of 630-CITY; manage contract and payment compliance services through the Office of the Ombudsman; procure and coordinate grants; and provide communication, photography, graphic design, media and public relations for the general government through the Public Information Office.
