Procurement Division
This division has 35 employees that oversee the procurement of all goods and services, the inventory/sale of surplus tangible property, the central copy center and mail distribution services – both incoming and outgoing – throughout city departments and divisions. The division works to ensure that all purchases are completed at the best value pursuant to Chapter 126 of the Municipal Code.
Pursuant to Chapter 122 of the Municipal Code, Procurement’s Central Surplus Facility manages the city’s surplus tangible property and holds public auctions, which generate approximately $1 million in revenue annually.

The Procurement Division’s budget was $4,363,205.
