Current Planning
This division addresses short-term growth and development issues through the zoning process. It handles any zoning changes and variances and reviews applications for Planned Unit Developments and cell towers. It also provides technical and support staff to the Land Use and Zoning Committee, Planning Commission, Tower Review Committee and the Industrial Technical Advisory Committee. The Current Planning team works with the public to address any zoning concerns. This division has 14 positions.
