Office of the Director
With a staff of 14, the Office of the Director oversees the five Public Works divisions and the Jacksonville Stormwater Utility, and administers the Better Jacksonville Plan and the Art in Public Places program. Additionally, the Office of the Director is responsible for managing construction of the Duval County Courthouse. It also leads the collection process for the city’s residential solid waste collection and stormwater fees.
