The City of Jacksonville, Housing and Community Development Division (HCDD) administers federal funds received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City uses the funds to preserve neighborhoods, create and preserve affordable housing, and stimulate economic revitalization.
On July 24, 2019, the City of Jacksonville Housing and Community Development Division will issue a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for affordable housing development projects. Funding will be made available on an on-going basis through the HOME program grant which the City receives from HUD each year. These funds will be made available in the form of repayable loans.

Training sessions will be held four (4) times a year. Training certificates will be valid for a period of twelve (12) months. Applicants must submit a valid training certificate with each application.
Applications will be accepted beginning August 1, 2019.
Revised applications and program documents for the HOME Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) will be available July 24, 2019.
