Join Mayor Alvin Brown on Friday, Dec. 6, for the 2nd annual Holiday at St. James Celebration and Tree Lighting. The event will feature live entertainment, a holiday photo booth, cookie decorating, open house and tours of the Mayor's Office and City Council Offices, and more! The evening will culminate with the lighting of the St. James Holiday Tree at 7 p.m.
