City Honors Victims of Crime for National Observance

April 03, 2017
Each April, the nation recognizes the lives lost to crime during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
Jacksonville kicked-off the week-long observance with a press conference attended by representatives from the Mayor’s Office, State Attorney’s Office, local law enforcement, victim advocates, victims of crime and their families.

The press conference served as an opportunity to raise awareness about victims of crime and the local services and programs available to assist them.
