The Housing and Community Development Division RLF application is currently available for the federal grant program HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) through 5 p.m., Friday, Nov. 16. The application can be accessed online at www.coj.net/rlf. All developers and agencies applying for funds are required to attend the technical assistance workshop offered by the Neighborhoods department where Housing and Community Development Division (HCDD) staff will review the application process, project eligibility and provide information to assist with application preparation.
