The City of Jacksonville and Florida Blue are proud to sponsor, for the second year together, the 4th Annual Hiring Abilities Employment Symposium and Job Fair.

The 4th annual event will be presented by Florida Blue, the City of Jacksonville, the First Coast Diversity Council, First Coast Business Leadership Network, and other community partners, and will provide a unique opportunity to improve Florida's employment rate for persons with disabilities, as well as offer businesses and partners a new and talented pool of potential employees.

The event will be hosted by Florida Blue on November 3, 2016 at the Florida Blue Conference Center in Jacksonville. Topics discussed will include breaking through unconcious biases, moving beyond diversity, active inclusion, effective communication, and reducing stigmas within your organization. Featuring keynote speaker Lou Orslene of the Job Accommodation Network, the event will introduce new tools for training, hiring, and retaining an inclusive workforce.
