Mandatory Ethics Training for Elected Officials

Notice is hereby given that the Office of Ethics, Compliance and Oversight will host a mandatory Ethics Training session with the Jacksonville City Council and Council Staff.  This ethics training session is provided in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statutes section 112.3142 mandating elected officials complete four (4) hours of ethics training annually. This session will provide 2.5 hours of training.

Meeting Schedule:
  • 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.   Continental Breakfast
  • 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.  Training Sessions (Virlindia Doss, Executive Director of the Florida Ethics Commission and Carla Miller, Jacksonville Ethics Director)
  • 11:15 a.m.     AdjournThe meeting will be held in the.  All interested parties are invited.
