This should be completed within six months of appointment and renewed at least once every four years. A completed knowledge check is required prior to training. The JSEB Bootcamp is a 5-month Program series created to enhance the development of locally owned small businesses. The Bootcamp will focus on the developmemt of newly established small businesses. The program will act as a pathway to gain knowledge about Organizational Development, Financial Intelligence (via Outlook), and Estimating and Proposal Writing. After completing the JSEB Bootcamp, business owners will be better equipped to not only do business with the City of Jacksonville, but to compete at an expansive level. Most importantly, owners will have the tools and knowledge to effectively operate their business.

FSCJ FinTech Initiative: CompTIA Security+

This course establishes the course knowledge required of any cybersecurity role and provides a springboard to intermediate-level cybersecurity jobs. Security+ incorporates best practices in hands-on troubleshooting to ensure security professionals have practical security problem-solving skills. This course prepares the student to take the CompTIA Security+ exam. Course materials and testing vouchers are included in the course cost.
