Council Member Sam Newby attended the Head Start Heroes luncheon to celebrate the organization's mission of promoting early learning initiatives. Also in attendance was Ju'Coby Pittman, CEO/President of the Clara White Mission, and LaTanya Winn, Head Start/Early Head Start Director.
