Council Member Joyce Morgan attended the 2016 Language and Culture Festival held at the Times Union Performing Center along with the founders of the River City Science Academy. The festival promotes the linguistic and cultural diversity of the United States by encouraging young people to showcase their knowledge and skills of other languages and cultures.
