Council Member Joyce Morgan showed up to encourage the students participating in the Project Camp Barrington Youth Football Camp held at the Terry Parker High School Stadium. At the camp, young people receive training from NFL players, college players, and trained coaches.

In the below photo, Council Member Morgan can be seen congragulating Green Bay Packer Linebacker, Sam Barrington, on being awarded the Home Town Hero Award. On Justina Road, Barrington  gave out shoes, shirts, autographs and 120 backpacks filled with books and other reading materials.
