Council Member Aaron Bowman attended the kick off for the 2015 Jax Reads! program held at the Main Library.

The communitywide reading initiative encourages Jacksonville residents to read "Brown Girl Dreaming," a NewYork Times best-seller by Jacqueline Woodson.
