Council Member Garrett Dennis presented a resolution honoring the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens' W.I.L.D. (Wildlife Immersion and Leadership Development) Program. W.I.L.D. Ambassador DeVine Quisenberry has been selected to serve on the Mayor's Young Leaders Advisory Council and Ambassador Marquese Fluellen was named by the North American Association for Environmental Education as a "Top 30 Under 30" Young Game Changers in Environmental Education.
