  • Amy Zubaly and Sue Kelly will provide a presentation on the public power industry in Florida as well as across the nation. They will discuss the benefits of being locally owned and locally controlled and provide an overview of public power governance structures, rates, reliability and hurricane restoration, including the national public power mutual aid network. They will also provide specific examples of programs and services offered by other public power utilities.
