Pursuant to
Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and as requested by the Office of General Counsel and announced at a City Council Meeting, I am setting a litigation shade meeting of the Council to consider settlement negotiations and strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures as to the following case:

The School Board of Duval County, Florida, and Duval Teachers United vs. City of Jacksonville, Case No. 2019-CA-006561 4th Judicial Circuit, Duval County, Florida
The meeting will be conducted on
Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. in the Council Offices, Suite 425, Conference Room A, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The meeting is expected to last 30 minutes.
Following the commencement of an open meeting, the governing body will move into a closed attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and only the following listed persons will be entitled to attend this session:
