In accordance with the provisions of Council Rule 4.103, I am hereby calling a Special Meeting of the Council to be held Thursday, August 16, 2007, from 8:00–9:00 a.m., Council Chambers, 1st Floor City Hall, St. James Building. The topic of discussion will be a “General Budgetary Overview. The Office of General Counsel will explain the legalities of the Budget process and the Council Auditor will present a general overview of the process. Please mark your calendars accordingly. All interested parties are invited to attend.
