In accordance with Section 15.108 (Annual continuing education and training on Sunshine Law requirements), Ordinance Code:
Notice is hereby given that the Office of Ethics, Compliance, and Oversight, Office of General Counsel, and the Director of Jacksonville City Council will provide continuing education and annual training to City Council members and other elected officials, Council staff, and JAA and DIA Board members pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 112.3142 and Ordinance Code Section 15.108. This training will include education on Government in the Sunshine, Public Records and Government Ethics.
